Here's a simple timeline of what happens after you place your order:

  • Within 48 Hours: You will receive your initial design preview for approval.

  • Approx. 48-72 Hours for Creation: We use high-quality printing technology to craft your portrait with vibrant colors and stunning detail.

  • Before We Ship: We will send you a photo of the final, physical product. We do this to ensure that your patience results in a delightful surprise, not just a product.

To the Contiguous U.S.

  • Standard Shipping: from $5.99, arrives in 10–14 days 
  • Express Shipping: from $16.99, arrives in 7–10 days

To Australia, UK, and Canada

  • Standard Shipping: from $9.99, arrives in 10–20 days 
  • Express Shipping: from $29.99, arrives in 7–10 days 

*“Delivery time” refers to the number of days it takes to receive your order after it has been shipped.

1. Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from China, with final delivery handled by carriers such as USPS, Cainiao, SpeedX, and others.

2. How do I track my order?
You’ll find your tracking number and link in your account dashboard or in the shipping confirmation email. You can track your order and see the last-mile delivery carrier at track.4px.com.

3. What if my package is lost?
Though very rare (fewer than 1 in 10,000 orders), if a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll issue a full refund.

4. What if I entered the wrong zip code or address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Please contact us with your order number and the correct details as soon as possible.

5. What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us with your order number. We’ll reach out to the shipping carrier and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
