1. Is this a safe site?

2. Is it safe to pay on Zoiipet? Will my credit card information leak?

Your payment information is 100% safe because PayPal is the only payment method we use. We, as the merchant, will not obtain your credit card information. All we have are your email and shipping address. 

3. Will Zoiipet ship my order? 

Zoiipet is doing honest business and will fulfill every order. There is a valid tracking number for each order and you can see where your package is. If there is any problem with shipping, the tracking result will tell and we will try our best to fix it.

4. Where is Zoiipet located?

We are in China. Items are all shipped from China. 

5. When can I receive my order?

3-14 days depending on the item. Custom products takes longer. After you add the item to cart, you will see its shipping cost and delivery time. For more information on shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.

6. When I place the order, it says delivery takes 3-5 business days but I have not received it and it is the 6th business day.

Sometimes there is delay, especially after the Covid-19 outbreak. We reimburse shipping when delay is serious. Please check our shipping & care process page for more about reimbursement and refund.
