Browse our gallery and fall in love with a style! Pick the perfect background that captures your pet's spirit. Feel free to send us a photo! We'll create a design preview for you to review. Place your order only once you love the design.

2. Place Your Order & Pay Securely
Head to our website to place your order. We use PayPal for a fast, safe, and secure checkout.

3. Send Us Your Pet's Photo & Details
This is a key step! Please email the following three things to our dedicated team at service@zoiipet.com:

  • A high-quality photo of your beloved pet (minimum 2000 pixels on the longest side for the best results).

  • The code or name of your chosen background.

  • Any special requests or notes for our artists.

4. We'll Confirm the Details Together
Our customer service team will review your materials and contact you via email to confirm all the details before we begin. We're here to help!

5. Approve Your Design & We Start Creating
We will send you a digital preview of your custom design. Once you give us your final approval, we begin the painting process.

A little note: Please review the design carefully, as we cannot make changes once painting has started. Any changes requested after approval will be treated as a new order.

6. We Handcraft & Ship Your Masterpiece
Watch the magic happen! Once your portrait is complete, we will notify you and carefully package your new treasure for its journey to you.

7. Receive Your Portrait & Cherish Forever
