How long does production take?
The initial draft is typically completed within 48 hours. We will then coordinate with you on any refinements. The total production time depends on the revision process. Once finalized, physical orders are shipped within 48 hours, it may takes longer in busy season, we will make you in touch in every step.
Do you offer revision?
Yes, we offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the preview.
Can I change the background after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your template. We can accommodate this only if our artist hasn't started the design, which usually begins within 24 hours of order confirmation.
What if the portrait is damaged during shipping?
We cover shipping damages. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a free remake and re-shipment.
