Creating Your Custom Portrait is Easy:

Step 3: Preview and approve.
Step 4: Recieve your portrait in your mail box and expect your masterpiece at home.

Please note:

Please note that to ensure we dedicate our full attention to creating your perfect portrait, the design background is finalized once we begin the creation process and cannot be changed. However, we are happy to make adjustments to the artwork itself based on your feedback after the initial draft is complete till you are 100% satisfied.

A note on Photos:

Photo requirements:A clear headshot or half-body shot of your pet is sufficient, preferably above 2000 pixels.

Image tips: A clear, well-lit photo taken at eye level will produce the best results.


Angle: The angle of your pet in the photo directly determines the final output quality. Please provide a photo that matches the angle of your chosen template.

A Note on Backgrounds:
Here's some great news: you aren't limited to our templates! Feel free to snap a picture for us, or chat with our designers—they'll help find and blend in a suitable image. The key is to ensure your photo fits the template guidelines and is at least 2000 pixels.

Yes, absolutely! We offer both digital and physical portrait options. Please check the product title carefully when placing your order. If you have any doubts, feel free to confirm with us before purchasing.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Certainly! We provide a free preview before you place an order. Simply contact us via the live chat or email service@zoiipet.com with your photo and requirements.

How long does production take?

The initial draft is typically completed within 48 hours. We will then coordinate with you on any refinements. The total production time depends on the revision process. Once finalized, physical orders are shipped within 48 hours, it may takes longer in busy season, we will make you in touch in every step.

Do you offer revision?

Yes, we offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the preview.

Can I change the background after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your template. We can accommodate this only if our artist hasn't started the design, which usually begins within 24 hours of order confirmation.

What if the portrait is damaged during shipping?

We cover shipping damages. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a free remake and re-shipment.

Can human be included in the portrait with my pet?

Yes! Please just share your clear requirements with us when submitting your order.

Do you paint pets other than cats and dogs?

Yes, we bring all pets to life! Please ensure your photo is high-quality (2000 pixels or larger on the shortest side) for the best result

Can you work from my own custom template?

Absolutely. Please send us your reference template along with your pet's photo, and we will create a preview design for your approval.
